Craig Ridge

Craig qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has a wealth of experience in guiding clients through the litigation process. Craig's particular areas of practice include providing advice in relation to Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes in relation to the validity of wills and disputes regarding the construction of wills, actions for breach of trust and/or breach of duty in the administration of trusts/estate and professional negligence in relation to wills, trusts and/or estates.

Kimberly Mears

Kim qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and advises clients on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate disputes. Kim is currently studying for her Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) accreditation, which she hopes to complete this year.

Angie Manley

Angie was educated at Notre Dame High School in Sheffield and obtained an LLB (Hons) Law Degree at Leeds University in 1984.

Angie advises clients on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate disputes and is also studying at the University of Law to become a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.

Joseph Martin

Joseph obtained his Law degree at the University of Chester in 2015 and subsequently obtained a masters in Law and Business at the University of Law, Birmingham and qualified as a solicitor in September 2018.

Joseph advises on various matters relating to contested estates including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity and/or interpretation of a Will or Trust document, and disputes relating to the administration of estates, including the removal of Personal Representatives.

Katherine Lloyd

Katherine graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2012 and the Legal Practice Course in 2013, achieving a Commendation and Distinction respectively.

Katherine advises clients on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate disputes together with disputes governed by the Court of Protection.

Katherine is an affiliate member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and a member of both the Contentious Trusts and Estates and Mental Capacity Special Interest Groups.
